You'll be the person corporate executives, government delegations, and individual travellers trust to get them where they need to go, on time and effortlessly.This isn't a back-office ticketing job. You'll be the front-line expert clients call when a flight gets cancelled two hours before departure, and the reason they come back next time.What you'll actually be doingOwn the booking process, start to finishHandle reservations, ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds across domestic and international flights using Amadeus, Sabre, or TravelportBuild optimal itineraries — flights, hotels, visas, travel insurance — tailored to each client's budget and preferencesBe the calm, capable voice when schedules change or flights get disrupted, sorting out re-routings fast 2. Be the expert clients rely onServe as the direct point of contact for retail, corporate, and diplomatic clients — by phone, email, and in personStay sharp on visa rules, passport validity, transit requirements, and health regulations so your clients never get caught outApply fare rules, taxes, and date-change penalties accurately, protecting both the client and the agency from unnecessary costs 3. Keep the numbers cleanMatch payments to bookings before ticket issuance — no leakage, no surprisesPrepare daily sales summaries and reconciliation reports for Finance,RequirementsWhat you bringA Bachelor's degree or HND in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field2–4 years hands-on experience as a Ticketing/Reservations Officer at a travel agency or airlineWorking fluency in at least one GDS platform (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport) — IATA or GDS certification is a strong plusSharp attention to detail — the kind that catches a fare rule error before it becomes an expensive problemCommunication skills that stay clear and professional even when a client is stressed and the clock is tickingWhy this roleWork with a genuinely varied client base — corporate, diplomatic, and individual travelers — never the same day twiceSharpen and grow your GDS expertise in a role that treats it as a craft, not just a checklistBe trusted with real ownership: your calls on fares, rebookings, and client service directly shape the client's experience and the agency's reputationThe preferred candidate MUST RESIDE IN ABUJA.
