Work arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

How You'll Make an Impact

We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Associate – PMO to support the translation of client commitments into clearly defined and executable projects and help ensure they are delivered efficiently, on time, and to BPS’s quality standards. The role supports project coordination, delivery discipline, governance, and cross-functional alignment, working closely with internal teams, including Technology and Operations.

What You'll Do

Planning & Initiation

  • Support the development of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain project trackers and keep project information up to date
  • Track dependencies, risks, and potential issues that could affect delivery
  • Support resource and budget tracking across projects

Execution & Control

  • Coordinate with different teams to follow up on project activities, actions, and deadlines
  • Track progress against agreed timelines and flag delays or issues early
  • Follow up with project owners to make sure agreed actions and deliverables are completed on time
  • Keep project trackers, dashboards, and other project management tools up to date
  • Support the team in making sure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare regular project updates for internal teams and clients, covering progress, upcoming milestones, risks, and issues
  • Organize project meetings, including kick-offs, status meetings, and retrospectives
  • Take clear meeting notes and track decisions and action items
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to keep communication clear and everyone aligned
  • Escalate risks, delays, or issues to the relevant project leads when needed

Project Close-Out

  • Support the sign-off and closure of completed projects
  • Make sure project documents are complete, organized, and easy to access
  • Support post-project reviews and capture key lessons learned
  • Follow up on agreed actions and improvements from completed projects

What We're Looking For

Professional & Technical Strengths

  • Experience supporting projects or working in a PMO/project coordination role, ideally in an international or multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
  • Good understanding of project management approaches, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Experience tracking project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and action items across multiple projects or workstreams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or cleantech
  • Exposure to grid management systems, SCADA, or analytics platforms
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Fluency in French
