Onboarding Agent

Our client, a supply chain firm is looking to enngage the services of Onboarding Agents across Oyo and Lagos States. Identify and engage potential clients (e.g., businesses, e-commerce platforms, individuals) looking to deliver packages.Scout for delivery vendors (individuals or companies) capable of handling last-mile delivery services.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for both user groups.Facilitate the registration and onboarding process for both clients and delivery vendors.Guide new users through the platform’s features, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.Provide support to users, addressing any questions or concerns during onboarding.Establish strong relationships with onboarded clients and vendors to ensure ongoing satisfaction.Provide insights and recommendations to improve the onboarding process.Work closely with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to align onboarding activities with company goals. A minimum of OND in marketing, business management or other related field1-3 years of experience in customer acquisition, onboarding, field sales, or a similar role.Proven experience working in logistics, supply chain, or startup environments is a plus. Skills and Competencies:Must have an android phone.Strong ability to pitch, engage, and convince potential users.Excellent verbal and written communication for user interaction.Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and vendors.A results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve onboarding targets.Ability to identify user challenges and propose effective solutions.Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, and onboarding tools.
