Arit of Africa Limited is a worldclass IT Systems Integrator and ICT Infrastructure Solutions Provider established over four decades ago with specialty in the deployment of highend IT systems, solutions and services Review of tender and proposal requirementsClarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparationMonitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with ARIT’s requirementsContribution in cost and price calculationsCoordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the clientsProven experience in winning contracts, delivering within agreed time scales and providing on-going supportEnsure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bidsArrange all post bid reviews with customersTracking of Potential issues that may arise in bid preparation and escalation with Senior Management.Coordination of vendor registration process with Business Development ManagersSubmission of weekly report on bids and EOIs to Executive ManagementCompilation of submitted bids in soft and hard copySupport the Project Management function Qualification in project management or equivalent: PMP & Prince 2 is an added advantageB.SC in computer Science or equivalent3 to 5 years’ experience in the ICT sector.
