  • Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance management, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Manage resource allocation and utilisation to ensure optimal deployment and achievement of business targets.
  • Support the attraction, recruitment, and retention of high-performing talent.
  • Oversee the successful planning, execution, quality assurance, and profitability of client assignments.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and stakeholder expectations, and ensure compliance with firm standards and governance requirements.
  • Ensure timely reporting, documentation, invoicing, and assignment close-out activities.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities through effective client engagement, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Grow the sales pipeline, expand key accounts, and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  •  Build and sustain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and commercialisation of the firm's products, services, and intellectual property.
  • Strengthen the firm's market presence through thought leadership, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert within areas of specialisation.
  • Provide technical oversight and quality review of assignments and deliver learning interventions for clients and internal teams.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of leading practices across the firm.
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategy execution, profitability, operational excellence, and leadership succession initiatives.
  • Support business continuity by collaborating across practice areas and assuming leadership responsibilities as required.
  • Plan and deliver training programs, workshops, learning interventions, and stakeholder engagement sessions as requested by the company.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, governance requirements, and performance expectations.

Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Management or related discipline.
  • 10-15 years’ relevant experience in strategy, operating model, transformation, programme delivery or management consulting.
  • Relevant professional certification in strategy, programme/project management or business transformation.

  • Operating Model Design: Leads development of future-state operating models and ensures alignment between strategy, structure, governance and capabilities.
  • Organisation Design: Shapes organisational structures, roles and accountabilities required to deliver the target operating model.
  • Decision-rights & Governance Design: Defines governance arrangements, decision rights and accountability mechanisms for transformed operating models.
  • Operating Model Diagnostics: Diagnoses gaps between current and desired operating models and identifies implications for transformation.
  • Analytical Thinking: Synthesises complex business, operational and market information into strategic insights.
  • Problem Structuring: Frames ambiguous client problems into clear hypotheses, workstreams and decision areas.
  • Transformation Roadmap Development: Converts strategic recommendations into sequenced transformation initiatives, milestones, and priorities.
  • Strategy-to-Execution Design: Links strategic choices to operating requirements, programmes and execution mechanisms.
  • Performance Architecture Design: Aligns performance measures and management mechanisms with strategic and operating model objectives.
  • KPI Framework Development: Designs meaningful performance measures that translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
  • Benefits Realisation Management: Establishes mechanisms for tracking whether transformation initiatives deliver intended business value.
  • Execution Discipline: Orchestrates delivery across workstreams, manages dependencies and maintains focus on agreed outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Builds alignment with senior clients and coordinates multiple stakeholders around transformation decisions.
  • Communication & Influencing: Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes professionally.
