We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead, coach, & supervise our sales team in driving loan sales, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, & revenue performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring team targets, coaching Sales Officers, supporting customer acquisition and overseeing the loan applications.
