The Zonal Administration Manager is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for administrative, facilities, property, logistics, and workplace support services across an assigned zone. The role ensures the efficient, safe, cost-effective, and compliant operation of all branches and offices within the zone while driving service excellence and operational efficiency.
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Administration, Estate Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Project Management (PMP), Health & Safety (HSE), or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, Branch Operations, or Corporate Support Services.
Demonstrated experience managing office operations, workplace services, facilities maintenance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple locations.
Experience in budget administration, cost control, vendor management, procurement processes, and contract administration.
Working knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and administrative management tools.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, drive operational improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory, health, safety, and organizational standards.
Experience within the financial services, pension, banking, or related industry will be an added advantage.
