JOB IDENTIFICATION Job Title : Relationship Manager, Energy (Oil, Gas & Power) Unit : Corporate Banking Group : Wholesale Banking B. ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Directly Reports to : Head, Energy (Oil, Gas & Power)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- C. JOB SUMMARYResponsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Energy sector clients by delivering tailored banking solutions across Oil, Gas, and Power while ensuring strong risk management, customer service excellence, and profitability. D. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES1. Regular/Routine1. Client Relationship ManagementManage assigned Energy sector clients and deepen existing relationships.Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products including loans, trade, cash management, and treasury solutions.Maintain regular client engagement and provide responsive service.2. Business DevelopmentOriginate new business within the Energy sector.Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and account plans.Support deal origination and execution efforts led by the Head, Energy.3. Credit & Risk ManagementPrepare credit applications, reviews, and proposals for Energy clients.Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely renewals and reviews.Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.4. Transaction Execution & Portfolio MonitoringCoordinate transaction processing with Integrated Middle OfficeMonitor account performance, limits, and covenants.Support remedial actions for early warning signals 2. SPECIFICATIONSMinimum Education: A good first degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline. A relevant master’s degree or professional certification in ACIB, ACCA, ICA & CFA will be an added advantage.
