We are seeking an Automotive Service Writer to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop. Responsible for receiving vehicles, documenting customer concerns, preparing job cards and service estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring accurate billing and timely communication. Customer service skill is a plus.
