About this role

Our client's is seeking to employ an experienced Radiographer Responsibilities-Preparing examination rooms for patient examinations.-Positioning patients and equipment, explaining the procedures, and ensuring patients' comfort.-Performing diagnostic imaging to obtain clear, usable images.-Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify the scan sequences, and monitoring the video display to adjust the density or contrast.-Monitoring patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.-Producing diagnostic images, reporting important information to the Physician, and updating patients' records.-Organizing the daily procedure schedules for emergencies and monitoring radiographic supplies.-Performing administrative tasks, such as answering technical questions, scheduling appointments, and offering pre-procedure advice.-Operate complex medical instruments such as MRIs, CT scanners, X-ray, ultrasound, and several other imaging devices.-Direct and supervise the activities of radiography assistants and trainee radiographers-Maintain proper records of patient details ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information-Follow up on patients after treatment to track the progress of recovery and ensure patients show no signs of radiation side effect.Requirements & Skills-Bachelor's degree or Associate in Radiology.-Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as a Radiographer.-A license to practice Radiography.-Good organizational, time management, and analytical abilities, and attention to detail.-The ability to lift heavy weights without assistance.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion.-Good mathematical abilities and technical skills.
