Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a Culinary Bakery looking to hire a suitable candidate for the role of Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities· Respond to emergency calls for maintenance.· Manage the set up and take down of different events.· Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.· Communicate plans with team members.· Contact and schedule repairmen and extra help as needed· Perform administrative tasks as required· Record daily maintenance issues. Education and ExperienceHND in a relevant fieldTen (10) to Twelve years (12) relevant work experience.Experience managing a centralized kitchen.Skills requiredAbility to over check machinery's and develop maintenance schedules.Knowledge and ability to perform check in generators, electrical panels, plumbing work.
