Project Manager/Architect

A retail company is looking to engage a Project Manager/Architect,candidate MUST have minimum of 3 years work experience post NYSC. • Responsibilities includes project planning, coordinating, site management and to a certain degree financial control. • Planning and overseeing projects, quality control, ensuring that budgets and deadlines are met without fail and small scale designs.• Providing advice on the management of projects• Organising the various professional people working on a project• Carrying out risk assessment• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.• Ensuring that the quality standards are met• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing. Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureProject Management certifications will be an advantage. please attach resumes
