Our client is a U.S.-based HR and staffing solutions firm that helps employers build stronger, future-ready teams. Their services include strategic hiring, recruitment process outsourcing, outsourced HR, workforce planning, HR consulting, and related people operations support.
Role Overview
The Content Marketing Specialist will turn the company’s expertise, leadership insights, and service offerings into polished, engaging content that strengthens credibility and supports client lead generation.
This role will create graphics, short-form video, copy, and campaign assets across organic social media, paid media, blogs, email, and other client-facing channels. The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, who will establish the overall strategy and campaign priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Social & Campaign Content Creation
Create polished, client-facing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, paid social campaigns, blogs, emails, and other marketing channels.
Design graphics, carousels, social posts, simple infographics, marketing collateral, and ad creative aligned with the company’s visual identity.
Write social captions, ad copy, blog articles, email copy, and calls to action tailored to prospective employer clients.
Video & Asset Production
Edit short-form videos, Reels, clips, and repurposed leadership footage for organic and paid use.
Transform raw footage, internal ideas, HR insights, articles, and service information into ready-to-publish content across multiple formats.
Create reusable templates and maintain an organized content library to support efficient production and reuse of high-quality assets.
Content Planning & Collaboration
Support monthly content calendars, creative briefs, campaign plans, and testing variations developed with the Growth Marketing Manager.
Research timely HR, hiring, workforce, and business topics to recommend relevant content ideas.
Coordinate with leadership to gather subject-matter input, ideas, and raw footage.
Transform leadership and subject-matter input into clear, professional, audience-ready content.
Brand Consistency & Quality
Maintain a consistent and credible brand voice and visual style across client-facing content.
Ensure content is polished, accurate, and appropriate for a U.S. business audience.
Maintain consistency in grammar, spelling, tone, formatting, and overall content quality.
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media content, graphic design, or a comparable creative marketing role.
Experience creating social content, graphics, short-form video, copywriting, and/or B2B content.
Experience supporting professional services, consulting, HR, staffing, or other B2B organizations is preferred.
Experience creating content for professional audiences rather than exclusively consumer or lifestyle brands.
Skills
Proficiency with Canva for creating professional marketing and social media assets.
Experience with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, or similar platforms.
Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and engaging marketing content.
Strong ability to create graphics, social content, short-form video, and written marketing assets across multiple formats.
Strong organization and project-management skills when managing multiple content formats and deadlines.
Strong eye for clean, modern, and professional design.
Ability to turn leadership ideas and subject-matter input into polished, audience-ready content.
Ability to receive and incorporate feedback while maintaining content clarity and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote environment.
What Success Looks Like
A consistent client-facing content calendar and production workflow are established within the first 90 days.
The team has a reusable library of branded social and paid-ad templates.
Content quality, clarity, and consistency improve across priority channels.
The Growth Marketing Manager receives reliable creative and copy support for organic campaigns and paid-media testing.
