This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
The Paid Media Specialist will own paid social and video programs across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting. This role will manage audience and bid strategy, budget allocation, creative versioning, campaign execution, structured testing, and performance reporting through to pipeline.
This is a hands-on, in-house role. The Paid Media Specialist will directly build, launch, and optimize campaigns rather than manage an external agency. The role also involves daily use of Claude and AI-powered skills and automations to accelerate creative production, analysis, and reporting.
The position is specifically focused on paid social and video. Paid search platforms, including Google and Microsoft, are not within the scope of the role.

Key Responsibilities
Audience, Bid & Budget Strategy
Build and refine audience targeting across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta.
Develop and manage bid strategies across paid social and video campaigns.
Allocate and adjust budgets based on campaign performance and business priorities.
Shift spend across segments and campaigns based on performance insights.
Creative Production & Versioning
Transform core creative assets into channel-specific variants.
Create short-form video cuts, stills, carousels, ad copy, and syndication copy.
Adapt creative for the requirements of LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta.
Use AI-enabled workflows to accelerate creative versioning and production.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Build, QA, launch, and manage campaigns end to end.
Ensure campaigns and creative assets are launched quickly and accurately.
Independently manage ongoing campaign optimization.
Manage multiple campaigns, tests, and deliverables without agency or team support.
A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization
Run an ongoing structured A/B testing program.
Develop clear hypotheses and sound test designs across audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages.
Document test outcomes and translate results into actionable changes.
Maintain an ongoing record of what was tested, what performed best, and what changes should be made as a result.
Support landing page and conversion rate optimization initiatives when applicable.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
Own reporting from advertising platforms through to CRM.
Deliver weekly reporting on spend and performance by segment.
Connect advertising performance to pipeline and full-funnel results.
Analyze campaign and testing performance and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
AI-Enabled Workflows
Use Claude and existing AI skills and automations as part of daily workflows.
Apply AI to accelerate creative versioning, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience
Deep hands-on experience with paid media audience targeting, bid strategy, and budget allocation across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta.
Proven experience independently owning paid social programs from strategy and setup through optimization and reporting.
Hands-on experience producing paid media creative, including short-form video cuts, stills, carousels, ad copy, and syndication copy.
Proven experience running structured A/B tests and translating results into actionable changes.
Experience connecting advertising platform data to CRM systems for full-funnel reporting by segment.
Experience with landing pages and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce and/or Marketo is a plus.
Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
Skills
Strong understanding of paid social audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.
Ability to independently build, QA, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns.
Ability to edit short-form video and adapt creative assets across paid media channels.
Ability to write ad and syndication copy.
Strong understanding of structured A/B testing and test design.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate campaign and test performance.
Ability to connect advertising performance with CRM and pipeline data.
Hands-on proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools for creative, analysis, and reporting workflows.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, tests, and deliverables independently.
Strong organizational skills and a self-directed approach to campaign management.

Paid social and video campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta are independently built, launched, and optimized.
Audience targeting, bid strategies, and budgets are continuously adjusted based on performance and business priorities.
Core creative is efficiently transformed into channel-ready variants.
A structured testing program consistently produces documented, actionable insights.
Performance is clearly tracked from advertising platforms through to CRM and pipeline.
Weekly reporting provides clear visibility into spend and performance by segment.
AI-powered workflows are consistently used to accelerate creative production, analysis, and reporting.
Opportunity
The Paid Media Specialist will have end-to-end ownership of paid social and video programs across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta. The role provides hands-on responsibility for strategy, creative production, campaign execution, testing, optimization, and full-funnel reporting while incorporating AI-powered workflows into daily paid media operations.
