Corporate Finance Manager

On behalf of our client in the retail sector, Deloitte is recruiting a skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Manager, to join the organization in Ibadan, Nigeria. This role will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectivesLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesManage cash flow, investment activities, and capital structureConduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingOversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsIdentify and mitigate financial risksLead and mentor a team of finance professionalsCollaborate with senior management to drive business performancePresent financial insights and recommendations to executive leadershipStay updated on Nigerian financial regulations and economic trends Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferredCFA or CPA certification preferredMinimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance or related fieldProven experience in managing financial teamsStrong financial analysis and modeling skillsExpertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planningProficiency in risk management and complianceAdvanced skills in Excel and financial software
