They make a real difference to business success and their influence can impact the way the company operates.KEY RESPONSIBILITYCreating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a businessPerforming user acceptance testingDefines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and establishing project budget. Assessing/determining solution requirements and communicating to stakeholdersInvestigates solutions that would fully meet business process needsEngage all system users to document processes, software requirements, content management and Business reportsProcess Documentation for existing application and continuous version controlRequirements documentation to be used by programmers and DBA to construct systemAnalyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed softwareDefine the business problem and primary objectives of new projectsIdentify and validate the key business requirementsFollow through with continuous improvement effortsApplication productivity coachingKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Quality delivery of projects and solutions after post project assessment100% Documented business processes and requirementsDocumented business case for critical projectsIncrease in IT Customer satisfaction survey on projects and solution delivery.
