Control Room Operator

Reporting to the Managing Director, Operations Manager, and Customer Service Manager, Build and maintain excellent online and phone-based customer service relationships with existing and new customers. Constant monitoring and processing of all alarmconnect subscriber units and 4G CCTV systems for emergency signals from clients' locations.
