Performance & Controls Manager

As the Project Performance & Controls Manager, you will lead the integrated planning, risk, cost, and resource control functions across complex, high-impact projects. This role ensures structured delivery, performance tracking, and governance excellence across the project lifecycle. PMP Certification (mandatory).7–10+ years of hands-on experience in project controls, planning, and performance management in multi-sector environments.Proven track record of delivery in industries such as construction, energy, oil & gas, FMCG, commodities, manufacturing, or agriculture.Consulting experience (e.g., working with Big 4, strategy firms, or performance advisory projects) is a strong advantageAdvanced proficiency in project control tools such as MS Project, Smart Sheets and cost/resource management tools.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
