About this role

Read the responsibilities and requirements before you apply.

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is an established, fourth-generation family jewelry business specializing in matching bridal ring sets. The company is profitable, growing, and uses internally built systems powered by Claude and Lovable.

Its customers make high-value, emotional purchases, and its marketing approach is built around trust and nurture rather than impulse volume.

Role Overview

The DTC E-commerce Marketing Manager will take over the day-to-day marketing function currently managed by the CEO, owning everything that creates an order.

The role covers paid ads, email and SMS, organic social, promotions, site conversion, and follow-up on inbound leads. Everything after the order is managed by a separate operations lead.

The DTC E-commerce Marketing Manager will lead a small team of specialists across outbound sales, email and SMS, organic social, and design. The team handles execution, while this role sets priorities, writes briefs, maintains standards, and brings the different functions together into one funnel.

This person will personally own strategy, the promotional calendar, weekly performance reporting, conversion experiments, and creative direction from day one.
