As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with our C-suite and play a critical role in driving efficiency, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across the organization. This is more than an administrative role: you will be a thought partner, execution leader, and force multiplier for executive leadership. What you’ll doServe as a key liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring information flows smoothly and priorities are well-coordinatedTrack high-impact initiatives and business priorities, ensuring follow-through and accountability across departmentsPrepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and memos for executive decision-makingFacilitate effective meetings by developing agendas, recording and following up on action items, and supporting communication between cross-functional teamsLead special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Executive OfficeManage executive calendars, travel plans, and high-level engagements with discretion and foresightConserve the leadership team’s time by proactively anticipating needs, handling sensitive correspondence, and supporting day-to-day business operationsMaintain an organized and secure system for managing executive documents and strategic materialsProvide critical support during board meetings, strategy offsites, and external stakeholder engagementsRequirementsProven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExperience working closely with senior leadership or executive teamsStrategic thinking and the ability to connect dots across teams and business prioritiesStrong business writing, presentation, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and report developmentHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and a bias for executionExcellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing prioritiesEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in any field (a business-related degree is a plus)Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting executive leadership or leading operational functionsExperience in tech, financial services, or a startup environment is an advantageThis role may not be for you if you:Prefer rigid structures over dynamic, fast-moving work environments.Need constant guidance rather than taking initiative.Feel more comfortable in large, highly resourced teams.BenefitsWhat’s in it for youYou’ll receive competitive compensation and work with passionate, driven people.
