Choose a project that required decisions, collaboration, persistence, or a clear output. Explain your personal contribution rather than describing only the group's result. Academic projects are valid when you can discuss the work in detail.

How do you answer questions without work experience?
Use the closest honest evidence. A question about handling deadlines can be answered with overlapping coursework, an event, volunteering, or paid freelance work. A teamwork question can come from a group project if you explain the conflict, your action, and the outcome.
Do not invent employment. Employers can still evaluate how you think and work from non-employment examples, and honest evidence is easier to defend under follow-up questions.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
For strengths, choose qualities supported by a recent example. For a weakness, choose a real development area and explain the action you are taking. “I have no experience” is not a useful weakness because it does not show self-awareness or improvement.
